Ordering Clothing from the site:

Since this site is brand new, there might be some bugs, If there is something you'd like to order and you're confused as to how to go about doing it, drop an email to: e-mail

Sizing for Clothing:  All clothing is custom made, which means I make it specifically to fit you, the customer.  Once your order has been processed I will contact you via email and let you know which measurements I will need.  Taking your measurements is a very easy process and it doesn't hurt a bit I promise!  It is the best way to ensure that your clothes fit you well.

Stuff you should know before ordering:  Because of availability of fabrics; styles and colors may vary slightly.  All clothing is hand sewn, double stitched using high quality gutterman thread.  Since each item is custom made no two garments are identical. All items are hand checked for quality, however, we are only human.

Purchases You may buy using all major credit cards... however, I know we don't all have this luxury.  So, I will also accept personal checks or money orders made out to MyOwnBrain Productions. Payment may be sent to:  M.O.B. Productions, PO Box 382, Pittsfield MA, 01202.  There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Returns and refunds: M.O.B. will be happy to assist you in any alterations your clothing may need.  If there is a problem of any kind you may contact us within and only up to 30 days after the sale, and only with receipt.  M.O.B. will not give cash refunds, but rather issue a credit slip.  we will NOT issue returns or refunds on customer damaged items.

Ordering Custom work: I do accept custom orders, if you have a design in mind that you’d like made, or if you want to just hire me to make you something one of a kind that I think you’d look fabulous in. Kustom orders are priced a bit higher than the clothing in any of the collections. Kustom orders will also take a bit longer to create than any of the ready made designs on the site. They can be prototyped from rough sketches you have, or maybe you just have some inspiration from a piece of fabric you’ve been hanging onto for years. Maybe all you know is that you want a Fairy costume and it’s up to me the design it...whatever the circumstances I can work on a variety of projects. Please send an email to: e-mail and include any specifications you may have.

Ordering wholesale:

To order wholesale you must have a valid TAX ID number. Wholesale orders receive 15% off of the retail price.

I normally do clothing on a custom basis, that is; made to specifically fit my customers. However, for stores etc. I make garments on a small, medium, large basis. Since most clothing is elastic or drawstring waist this is quite easy. When ordering please specify color, size, and how many of each you would like. I accept personal checks and money orders made out to MyOwnBrain Productions. I also accept major credit cards via paypal, if that is easier for you. I require that all clothing must be paid for before it is shipped out.

Depending on the size of your order, once your payment has been processed it should take no more than 3-4 weeks to reach you. All mail is sent out via priority mail USPS. All clothing is double stitched using high quality gutterman thread, and is hand checked for quality. If there is a mistake on your order, I will re-make or alter the item no more than 30 days after sale AND ONLY with receipt. No refunds on customer damaged items. I can also provide some attractive MyOwnBrain posters and such for promotion in your store.

Minimum wholesale order of $200 or more.

Shipping: add $35 for the first $200, and $15 for every $50 thereafter.

If there’s anything not on this list, or not on the website, a specific style you are looking for then feel free to ask! I can most likely make it, plus it's always fun to have some exclusive products to your store.
